Seriously Dawnelle?!

So, it's been 6 months and you went from 177 pounds to...........171? I hope you are...um...proud of yourself? Nope, me neither. So- get yourself back together! I expected to be getting pregnant about now- not procrastinating again! But we are on an 8 week countdown to conception! So get your rear in gear. Really, make me proud!

Getting it together

Okay Dawnelle, I hear you want to have baby #3. I also hear that since baby #1 and 2 came along you have gained 37 pounds. This is unacceptable. Seriously. So here is where we are- reality wise. You are going to need to work your tail off for the next five months if you want to be in shape by June 4th- conception time. Enough with the excuses- yes you are on medication that causes weight gain and you are an emotional eater but so what? Who is in control of you? YOU. So act like it. Here are the beginning guidelines:
DRINK WATER- 8 glasses a day, and chill out of the soda
After dinner snacks are only carrots and celery.
NO eating after 9 pm
Cardio exercise for at least 45 minutes 6 days a week. Yep, 6.
Stick to 1600 calories a day- start measuring portion sizes.

Weigh in's will be sunday mornings. Good luck. Focus on the prize- a healthy mom, a beautiful baby and lots of energy to play with Carter and Ellie! You can do this.
